★★★★★Giuseppe (owner of Corry’s) has actually done two total condo renovations for us. Amazing fact—they were both completed on schedule. He is honest, highly knowledgeable, and skilled. There were no financial shocks or arguments. These were complicated, refined projects that had lots of challenges arise. Giuseppe was creative in addressing unexpected issues and did not run the meter. His suggestions are tasteful and practical. He also had great recommendations for vendors (shades, closets). The building staff felt like he was among the best in adhering to rules, mitigating noise, communication, etc. Let me put it this way: if Giuseppe were not available for the job, we would not have bought the second condo.

★★★★★We hired Corry Construction to totally rebuild the interior of a new condo we purchased in Coconut Grove. They proved to be reliable and very effective. They maintain a high standard of finish quality, and Giuseppe is the most innovative problem solver I have ever worked with on a construction project. In renovation there are always surprises, and Giuseppe solved every issue that came up without always doing the most expensive fix, yet the quality remained top notch. My son is looking to buy a home in Coconut Grove, and he will certainly hire Corry to renovate it.
