Monthly Home Watch
A scheduled monthly visit focused on the visible condition of your condo, including temperature and humidity documentation, plumbing and appliance-area observations, toilet flushing, security concerns, and a photographic report.
Quarterly Property Care Review
A more comprehensive seasonal visit that may include AC-filter replacement, appliance and plumbing-area observations, preventive-maintenance review, vendor recommendations, and arrival or departure preparation.
Concierge Services
Additional assistance may include vendor access, service-provider coordination, package handling, pre-hurricane preparation, post-storm visual visits, urgent visits, and customized arrival preparation.

Close accessible, owner-provided hurricane shutters that are already installed and operable, subject to building procedures.
Doors & windows
Confirm accessible exterior doors and windows are fully closed and locked before departure from the residence.
Pre-hurricane services require advance scheduling and are subject to safe access, weather conditions, and condominium rules. They help reduce exposed risks but cannot guarantee against storm damage. We do not install shutters or perform unsafe exterior work.

Condo Home Watch questions
How often should my condo be visited?
Monthly visits provide regular visual oversight for many seasonal owners. We also offer quarterly property-care reviews for owners seeking a broader preventive-maintenance visit. Your insurer or condominium association may require a different visit frequency.
Will I receive photographs after every visit?
Yes. Each standard visit includes a digital report with timestamped photographs and a clear explanation of anything that may require attention.
Can you perform repairs if a concern is discovered?
Repairs are not automatically included in a Home Watch visit. With your authorization, Corry’s can help coordinate the appropriate licensed and insured contractor or service provider.
Do you provide post-storm visits?
Post-storm visual visits may be arranged once travel conditions are safe and the condominium building permits access. Immediate access following a storm cannot be guaranteed.
Is this the same as a home inspection?
No. Home Watch provides scheduled visual observations and reporting while the owner is away. It is not a licensed home inspection, security-monitoring service, property insurance, or a guarantee against loss or damage.
